Instruction

The cadet program is unique because youth teach the youth. Adult staff are present for supervision, guidance, and to teach occasional classes, but the primary instructors are senior cadets.

These cadets will have received education throughout their cadet career on instruction techniques with many opportunities to practice their skills. There are also multiple summer training opportunities to further train these youth on the art of instruction. 

This system allows for our younger members to have positive role models who are within their same age bracket to form attainable goals for their own futures.
